How the audit works
Export your card data
Any fuel-card provider's transaction export: date, time, site, litres and price. 90 days is enough.
Every fill is priced
We find the station each van used and look up the price it was showing, and the cheapest within your chosen radius, at that time.
You get the number
Leakage in pounds by van, driver and site, the motorway share, whether your card beats the pump, and the five changes that would save most.
Why this is possible now
Under the Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025, every forecourt in the UK must report price changes within 30 minutes. For the first time, what each station was charging at any moment is on the record.
The feed itself keeps no history. We use the complete time-stamped archive published under the Open Government Licence.
Your data stays yours
The self-serve audit runs entirely in your browser. Your transaction file is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
For a managed audit we sign a data processing agreement and pseudonymise drivers by default.
